Operation Leader - Ciwandan

Scope of works:
As Operation Leader, the incumbent will be responsible to support Quarry Manager in plan, direct, organize, supervise and evaluate all Production activities in Quarry Ciwandan to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor degree of Engineering
Experience : Min. 5 years experiences in Mining or Quarry
Computer literacy : Ms Office
Language : Excellent in English, both written and verbal

Other qualification / skills :

Good knowledge of quarry development, drill & blast, load & haul, crushing plant and maintenance of equipment
Able to draw and read mining maps
Able to make annual budget and cost analysis
Having knowledge of mnagement Safety, Health and Environment in mining industry
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and analytical skill
Ability to perform in time-pressures to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and also with an integrated multi-discipline team
