General Affair & Industrial Relation Specialist - Surya Cipta City of Industry - Klari

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for day to day General Affair and Industrial Relation activities in creating condusive and harmonious working climate both internal and external, and ensuring compliance with Indonesia laws and regulations.
2. Organising & monitoring security aspects in Karawang Factory premises
3. Proactively dealing potential issues with Labor Union
4. Settle industrial issues effectively
5. Reviewing and updating Karawang Factory Management Crisis Team Procedure
6. Controlling legal requirement of outsourcing workers in the factory

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or Human Resource Management.
• Required skill(s): understand ISO 9001, understand ISO 14001, understand ISO 22000, understand OHSAS 18001, computer literate and able to operate SAP, having the capability to convince and impact others.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surya Cipta City of Industry - Klari.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
